Registration
- Participation is free but registration is mandatory.
- We welcome attendees from any country; however, as the conference is entirely free, travel and accommodation costs are not covered for any participant, including speakers.
- Seats are limited to 110 attendees — registration will close once capacity is reached.
- Up to 3 participants per organization (including speakers, round table participants, and exhibitors).
- Each individual must register separately, even if several people from the same company attend.
- If you are coming as an exhibitor, select the Exhibitor role below when registering.
- Registrants will receive a personalized invitation with a QR code in early December 2026.
